Calling (VoIP)

Centra integrates with Ringover, currently the supported VoIP provider, so you can make calls as part of your outreach.

How call logging works

At the end of a call, Centra checks the number you dialed. If it matches a contact that already exists in your CRM, a copy of the call — including the recording — is saved to that contact. You get a record of the conversation right on the contact’s profile.

The dialed number must already exist on a CRM contact for the call to attach. If the number isn’t on any contact, the call won’t be linked automatically.
