Memory
A normal CRM stores what you did. Memory stores what you sell, to whom, and how you talk about it — so Find targets right and Engage writes right, from the very first message.
Memory isn’t a fourth stage after Find, Engage and Manage. It’s the layer underneath all three: the context Centra’s agent reads every time it targets a list or writes a message.
This is an overview page. Detailed guides for each Memory object are coming.
Company profile
What you sell, to whom, and what makes you different — written once. It’s the base of every message Centra generates: your offer, your proof points, and your tone of voice.
ICPs
An ICP is reusable targeting. Define it once — country, NAF codes or plain-text sector, departments, regions, headcount bands, revenue range, target job titles, seniority, keywords to include or exclude — and re-run it on every campaign.
Playbook
Your arguments, the objections you hear and how you answer them, your tone. Every generated message is grounded in it, which is what keeps your outreach from sounding like an automation tool.
Workflows
Automate what repeats: when a contact replies, create a task; when an invitation is accepted, add the contact to a sequence. Every workflow can run in dry-run mode first, so you see what it would do before it does it.
How Memory feeds Find and Engage
Targeting runs off your ICPs. Messages run off your playbook and company profile. What you learn about an account doesn’t stay on the record — it feeds the next campaign’s targeting and the next message’s wording.
